We took a family room and it had a patio, a balcony, and a kettle. The location was great and lovely, near the sea front and many restaurants, the promenade to theatre and both the pier, in a comfortable area. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from North Shore Beach.
There were too hard beds.

The breakfast was absolutely superb with cereals and tons of fruits and served in a ridiculously, and the restaurant's offer was brilliant. The staff was knowledgeable, provided a smooth check-in and an easy check-out. The service was very good. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The location was magnificent for Llandudno, adjacent to local Sainsbury's as well as all the shops and other restaurants. Llandudno Beach district was worth exploring.
